This campus, situated in North Manchester has been in operation since 1995 with the main objective of developing and promoting Technical and Vocational Programmes aimed at a wide section of students in Jamaica. Professional and paraprofessional programmes are also offered on this campus. Boarding facilities are also available for approximately three hundred (340) students.

The following are the programmes offered:

·         Bachelor of Science in Nursing – in collaboration with the University of the West Indies

·         Enrolled Assistant Nursing - in collaboration with the Nursing Council of Jamaica

·         Licensed Practical Nursing – in collaboration with the Centre for Nursing Studies (Canada)

·         Associate of Science Degree in Architectural and Construction Technology

·         Associate of Science Degree in Engineering Technology

·         Certificate in Plumbing – a collaboration with NCTVET

·         Continuing Education
